Negligence Of our Fur Child

I AM beyond FURIOUS with 2 Doctors in this place! Negligence is not even a word that begins to describe how absolutely disgusted I am. <br> <br> So it happens that my kitten's tail got caught in the door and was rushed to your hospital on the 26th of December and was treated by Dr Dianne which was on duty that night. She gave him stitches (which I can not even see and by the servility of the wound you could have seen it should be amputated), kept there for observation and then was checked up on by Dr Marlie (which is your hospital Doctor) on the 27th as well as the 28th. The 28th our baby came home with NO bandages, NO ANTIBIOTICS, and NO AFTER CARE - ie. cleaning solutions, meds, wraps or anything! <br> <br> This COST about R2500... SO after monitoring the tail, we noticed it was not getting better and took our kitty back to you for assessment to see what is going on you told us that we need to amputate the tail which will COST ANOTHER R2500/R3000. HOW ON EARTH DO YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT? <br> <br> I am extremely furious with the fact that you have neglected our fur child! How do you send any patient home after having gone through so much pain, stitches and observation with NO MEDICATION FOR RECOVERY?
