MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE

Had a sickly puppy who had various issues. took it for monthly check up informing vet of bad breath and increased size in glands as well as increased lumps on back. (puppy had an extensive history with various blood tests and suspected renal issues etc, etc. previous blood work had also shown decreased levels of cell production).

No additional blood work performed and given a clear with only cortisone to suppress immune system. (puppy died of renal failure 2 weeks post exam)

Took said puppy 1 week later to said vet with bleeding mouth from hoof chewing cut - no examination of physical features knowing history of puppy, no attempt to stop bleeding. More cortisone dispensed. Stopped bleeding myself at home 2 hours later with salt water and cotton wool. 4 days later puppy had to have blood transfusions etc, etc with stomach ulcer, pancreatitis , renal failure and anemia.
