Above and beyond for animals and owners

I took my dog in to see a specialist at the Bellville 24 Hour hospital as she was gravely ill. I was away in another province and she sadly needed to be put down. I rushed to get a flight to get there in time and the vet waited from me into after hours to explain everything and stay with us while they euthanised her.Afterward they sent me a condolences card which was so special. They had taken a print of her paws and nose and put it in the card. The care, professionalism and personal touch they gave is beyond what I could have ever imagined and I'm so thankful my Sammy was around this fantastic team in the end. Thank you Dr Kettner!
