Poor Service

I have visited Engen Tyger Waterfront car wash yesterday, to wash my car that cost R140 for a mini valet that includes wash, dry, vacuum Tyre shine and interior polish. I was so unhappy with the service cause when the guys were finish with the car it was not cleaned as how they advertised it for. After i inspected the car i found that there were spots at the back that was not properly cleaned. The black area's where they normally put stuff on to make it shine was not polished. The dashboard had no polish on, the leather seats was not wiped off, the interior loose mat on driver side have a small area that needs to be wiped off was not even cleaned and inside of the doors where the doors close was not cleaned. I called the manager on Duty and he just apologized on behalf of the workers and give the excuse that they just started with the car wash service yesterday and that they don't have a manager for the car wash to check the work. When i asked him why they don't polish the dashboard like other car washes do and why they don't use a fragrance so that the car at-least smells like you cleaned it he informed me that some client's don't want that that is why they don't do that. I was very frustrated since i paid so much for such bad service. I took it there cause i was under the impression that it would be a good job. I will never use them again and wont advise anyone to take your vehicle there.
