Revolting

Terrible experience. I had to use your restroom facilities, which there are barely any off. When arriving in your bathrooms, I find one open cubicle with the floor and the entire toilet covered in pee. This is so gross. I couldn't even clean the toilet myself because there is no soap in the container by the basins. Which also means I couldn't wash my hands. On my way out two of the bathroom attendants were chatting away, clearly not phased by the fact of the state of the restrooms.

You're centre is located in an affluent area. I feel you should do better than this
