DISGUSTING BATHROOM FACILITIES

Tygervalley what is going on? Over the last few months the facilities in your mall have been falling apart more and more and I'm sick of fighting with ghosts. Your bathroom facilities are a disgusting joke, firstly you guys took away the soap and replaced it with diluted nonsense that does not make a BUBBLE it is pure water ( if it is even refilled not to say) Secondly there is NO air flow in any bathroom facility, can you imagine on a 30° day what that bathroom smells like after being used by hundreds of customers? It is DISGUSTING and soooo UNHYGIENIC. I have begged the bathroom cleaning staff to point me In the direction of someone i can talk to but they don't know, i have been to the help desk and nothing. Honestly for such a big "successful" mall i honestly expected better on a facility thousands of customers use. Thirdly cleanliness in the bathrooms i understand it is a busy facility and people cant be there 24/7 but the things i have seen laying around in the bathrooms and the conditions of the stalls are truly frightening. I am sad that i had to go this far in writing a review and i hope you guys can get your act together.
