Tyrewarehouse Germiston

I bought 4 tyeres at tyre warehouse in Germiston next to the airport yesterday I had a tyre bust on the same new tyres I was on my way to assist my brother who had an accident so I had to make a plan to fix that tyre get there. so today I decided to return the tyer to the shop only to find out that they won't exchange it because I already fixed it but no one bothered to explain that to me when I bought tyres with them or maybe on the invoice. I ask them now what must I do when I find my self on the similar situation because i bought 4 of them should i call them to come and assist me they said yes they will come and also charge me for that so at end of it all they refused to change it for me.

Instead the lady by the name of Janee came to justifying by saying the tyre was *****ed by the sharp object and she did not even any remorse.
