Bad service

Frontier Hospital in Queenstown, Tyeks security took the parcel that we were carrying and told us that we will get on our way out. When we were going out we requested for our parcel and we were told it was given to someone else. No apology nothing.

We contacted the Tyeks management at ********** 227 that is on their website, the person answered the phone told us that his staff wasn't supposed to take the parcel since it was alcohol and it was sealed. His last words were "go and take your madness elsewhere"
