I will not recommend this accommodation to anyone

We booked this accommodation for 4 nights 5 days. We went to go view the accommodation before confirming, it was a quick in and out as there were people in the accommodation and not even the owner showed us around her husband did it. Upon viewing we were told the pool would be cleaned, arrived Monday afternoon pool was still green and maintenance was done while guests were staying there (cleaning the pool for the 5 days we were there, cleaning the roof and checking leaks). At the time I was 7 months pregnant and i had to change my own bedding, clean the place ourselves. When I messaged owner all she said is she will address it with the cleaners, which I'm sure she never did because I was still cleaning it myseld but other units were being cleaned by the cleaners. The Wi-Fi signal was so bad it was a waste of time! It says on their page full package DSTV but we had access to limited channels. The curtains were moldy and torn, the couches were torn and dirty they put extra cushions in the couch because it was so old. I have pictures and messages of all that happened! The power went off I had to message the owner and inform her the power is off all the came was put it back on, not even an apology nothing. We spent so much money for such pathetic service, they just don't care about their clients. The towels were old and you can see it was other people's towels because they had names on it. No shampoo or soap we had to go buy our own stuff! When we left we weren't even thanked for coming and that we enjoyed our stay but it was done with other guests. While doing maintenance water was running down from the roof infront of our door there's tiles so I could've slipped and hurt myself while being pregnant. They just want their money and carry on with their lives, the cleaner didn't even say no its fine she will change it she just gave me the sheets and duvet covers. I won't recommend to anyone as one pays so much money for such pathetic service. I would gladly post pictures if I have to and evidence of messages
