Colin Naidoo engineered a new water valve for the Entire Bluff/Clairwood/Jacobs Community's need for water as eThekwini Water department would have taken 24 to 48 Hrs to get and fit the part. In Colin doing it of his own free will the fitmentand switch on of the water took 4 hrs. After areas being without water already for 24 to 36 hrs! Well Done Colin Naidoo
