Sell defective Cars

I bought a defective car March 2017 from TX -Auto in Potchefstroom. The car broke down in May 2017 in which we informed the Wesbank representative Pieter van Zyl. Instead of assisting us, according to the Consumer Protection Act of 2008, which state that I have the right to return this defective car he went and spoke with the car dealer stating that we should pay half of the repair cost. They told me that I did not have a choice but to repair the car so I agreed for them to do so. After they repaired the car the first time we had to pay R6000 after which the car immediately broke down again a few time after that. It is now almost two years later Im still paying the installment and Insurance for a car that I did not use and is still in the hands of the Car dealer which now is suing me for retaining costs for a car I only used 2 months and gave back for a refund. I am going to the media as I feel Wesbank and their manager who is representing them has failed. I cant go on like this anymore. Do come back to me within 2 days.
