PATHETIC SERVICE FROM THE BRANCH AND OWNER!!!

Extremely poor service received from Twotins! After calling about 10 to 12 times this morning hoping to get through every time, I was unsuccessful. All to just query about repairing my phone. I then tried their whatsapp option which involved speaking to the OWNER Rodney. Unfortunately he has still not responded to a simple question regarding stock for a part for my phone. I am still waiting for a response! And even after telling them how poor their service is, they couldn't care less. How flippen ridiculous can you be!
