2 weeks ago I was asked by my sister to go and collect her car at TWO WAY SERVICE CENTER in brakenfell. Once I got there, it was closed, my sister told me to wait for a gentlemen to get there to open the doors. Once he came along I informed my cousin to get out to get the car, as I was pulling away in my car, he indicated to me to stop, the staff member informed my cousin loadshedding was in affect and he won't be able to open till it ends.
