Worst client service experience EVER in my life!! Accusing client of lying, threatening client.

I booked driving lessons at Two Way Driving School in Uitenhage, Eastern Cape. It was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! WORST CLIENT SERVICE!! Accusing me, the client of lying!! I'm a learner driver. The accused me of not being able to drive, not listening what they are telling me. I'm a LEARNER DRIVER!! That is why I went to them for LESSONS! To LEARN TO DRIVE! The instructor was telling me all her sad life stories, I couldn't concentrate. And then because I sc**** one tyre when going around a corner, I was told I'm to pay for all damages in future!! The owner agreed to refund me, but her husband said all driving schools in Uitenhage belong to a "group" AND HE WILL MAKE SURE NO OTHER DRIVING SCHOOL WILL TAKE ME IN EVER AS A CLIENT! They kept on threatening me, saying they are going to fire my instructor and from tonight she'll have no income and THAT WILL BE ALL ON ME!! TWO WAY DRIVING SCHOOL delivered EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE TO ME. Name calling, threatening. It was an HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE and I will not advise ANY LEARNER DRIVER to go there for driving lessons!! When one phones them, they will tell you "just wait please, I'm recording your call". WHY?? Because they KNOW of all the terrible things they do and say to clients. But they wait for the CLIENT to say something in anger and threaten them! IT HONESTLY IS A HELL-HOLE!!
