Appauling service at Two Vikings (Hayfields) by Ms NONTOBEKO

Very poor service from Ms NONTOBEKO at Two Vikings Restaurant in Pietermaritzburg (Hayfields). Zero customer service, she placed an incorrect order, when I alarmed her that it wasnt what i ordered she told me to see what to do with the wrong order, she wont help me (in Zulu, very rudely). Previous customer had also recieved an incorrect order. Never stepping foot in that restaurant ever again. Zero professionalism, zero customer care, overwhelmed by Ms NONTOBEKO's treatment. Please take her to a customer service training. Its 2020, the era of being disrespected is long gone. You are loosing clients, and will continue to loose more!
