STOLE BATTERY FROM VEHICLE IN THEIR CUSTODY

I had an accident and two oceans towed my vehicle. The car was in their care until the panel beater came to collect. In the interim by brand new battery was removed from my vehicle, and replaced with another. Cartrack can confirm the address where the battery was removed. <br> <br> Now the towing company wont take my call, and are avoiding me. It is costing me R2820 to replace the battery.<br> <br>
