Two Oceans Marketing Damaged My Vehicle
A few days before Christmas my wife and I heard a disturbing sound outside. I went to look outside and saw someone drive off. Later that afternoon out neighbors where standing around our vehicle. We were about to be shocked, one of our neighbors who lived across managed to get all of the details of the delivery vehicle that had crashed against our car.

We informed that the person drove off assuming that he wasn't seen. We later called Two Oceans Marketing to inform them about the incident. We were told to call back and we did so multiple times until we finally got hold of the fleet manager, Hamish Knowles. He was very polite and told us it would be handled. I was requested to fill in a series of documents, I draw a few sketches however this process was not going anywhere. Feedback was scares, they told me I had to resubmit my claim with Paladin Underwriting Managers. This is when I started corresponding with Lynn Du Toit who was absolutely rude on our telephone conversation, she wouldn't reply to my emails and informed me. \The onus is on you to follow up the progress to your claim since you are not a policyholder and entitled to that service."My claim was denied and Injustice"""
