Formal Complaint Regarding Manager's Harassment of an Employee on Leave

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Sumandrin Boolah, who is continuously harassing a colleague who is on leave. This situation is not only distressing but also contrary to the company’s policies on employee welfare and leave entitlements.

The employee has been on approved leave of 2 weeks. Despite being on leave, they have been subjected to repeated and unwarranted communication and demands from Sumandrin. This includes phone calls and messages.

I believe this conduct is in direct violation of your company’s policies, specifically leave policies, etc. It also reflects poorly on our commitment to maintaining a supportive and respectful work environment.

I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action to address Mr Boolah's behavior. Furthermore, I request that measures be put in place to prevent any future harassment of employees on leave and to protect employee from any further undue stress or harassment during this period.
