Two Oceans 1/2 marathon to big to manage ?

2025 Half Marathon a fiasco. Not all entrants received goodie bags. Certainly not enough water points - not even for normal day never mind hot day as 2025 event. Starting intervals changed night before but no communication to runners - organisers have everyone’s emails and mobile numbers. Why rely on Social Media channels only ?
