Overcrowded and unpleasant experiance during covid

Hi Wilfred, we are sorry to hear about your negative experience. The Aquarium has restricted entry to manage capacity within the limits set under current South African regulations, and we have Covid marshalls on the floor to also encourage compliance with legal safety regulations, such as mask-wearing. We do require a degree of personal responsibility from visitors, as it is not possible to control the personal movements of individuals in a public space, and it is our hope that visitors that choose to visit us during the high season keep this in mind throughout their visit.
