Grade 1- 3 Kids left dissapointed

LETS START THIS BY SAYING HOW DISSAPOINTED ...SAD ...LET DOWN OUR GRADE R - GRADE 3 KIDS WERE .... THURSDAY 28 MAY 2015 ...<br> <br> SOOOOO... They arrive at the Aquarium and a lady comes to meet the kids and teachers at the door ... and takes the money ... there after ,no tour guide no one to say what and where the kids needs to go or what they can do... <br> They were booked to watch a puppet show at 12 and when our kids went to sit at the section were this would take place a lady by the name YVONNE comes and says .... WHO ARE YOU? WHAT SCHOOL ARE YOU.. she was then advised what school they were and then said well they need to leave cause another school is scheduled for that time but on the list she had in her hand our kids were scheduled for that time.. anyway she said there no way that they can do a puppet show for them and they had to leave ... <br> <br> SO OUR KIDS LEFT .. VERY DISSAPOINTED ,and to be honest the team at the aquarium did not seem very bothered by the fact that the kids were dissapointed ... <br> <br> AQUARIUM MANAGEMENT HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN THIS ????
