displays not working

I recently took my family to the two oceans aquarium and I was very disappointed to say the least. The two main attractions are the two biggest disappointments. The kelp forest is non-existent and the predator tank is dull and basically empty.

No one told us at the cashier of this and we had to find this out as we walk towards the reason we came in the first place. If someone told us this, we would not have entered the establishment. All and all.... not value for money with what was offered!
