7 year old birthday disappointment

I went yesterday for my daughters birthday and her free birthday entrance but because it was the day before as Monday is a school day they refused saying it has to be on the day or up to 6 days after. The attitude of the ticket assistant and of the manager were shocking. If it was not for the fact that my daughter had been looking forward to it for weeks I would not have gone in. I will never go and spend that money again as at full price and no birthday perks some of the things are closed due to covid like the kids area and the touch pool and very bad attitudes i would rather support other child friendly nature conservation places with a better attitude and experience for my kids.
