They broke my TV and are now denying it
I went with this company after a friend recommended them, they also had good reviews. Unfortunately after the move I noticed that my TV had been broken, there was a clear crack running through the TV. There were finger prints at the starting point of the crack. The TV was carried from the corner of the screen itself, but the company state that it needed a knock to cause the crack and that carrying it directly from the screen is not enough to cause a crack, also that there is no evidence of a knock. Two Men and A Truck are now denying that the damage was inflicted by their movers and state that there is nothing more they can do. Unfortunately it was 100% them.

18 Nov 2019, 09:32Will this be a separate investigator to the previous one? Who had a look at the damage and out right denied it was his movers? He claimed that the damage needed a knock for the crack to happen. But its clear as day that it was due to the way the TV was carried. There are finger prints on the screen with a crack starting right next to it.

18 Nov 2019, 09:55It will be our operations manager who will contact you. We've not seen a Tv cracked from being carried before so we want to investigate further. Regarding fingerprints, we also understand that there was someone else on site dismantling and reassembling the Tv, so they may belong to someone else.

18 Nov 2019, 10:26Your operations manager already came to inspect the TV. Its a 55 inch TV. A TV this size is very heavy. If I carry a 55 inch TV directly from the screen, not the frame, 100% it will damage it. The only other person that touched that TV was myself (or wife along with myself), and I would never carry it from the screen.
