Shocking moving experience from Two Men and a Truck

I had previously used TMT to move in 2019 and decided to use them again this time around, However, this time the team were extremely unprofessional. 1. They did not know how to move big furniture items - they had to be instructed by our Project Manager. The team showed no moving experience at all. Constantly banged into newly painted walls, they scratched walls and ceilings and furniture. Showed no care with items being moved. They were literally throwing boxes clearly marked "glass" - we had to keep telling the movers to be careful with fragile boxes. 2. Most of our items had to be packed in 2 storerooms. The movers took no care to pack the items neatly so that the storerooms could be accessed, despite numerous requests to do so. Instead they just shoved everything into the storerooms, which then had to repacked at our expense the following day. For example, they placed the lawnmower on top of large glass mirror, and then threw and glass picture on top of that. 3. No COVID protocols were followed at all. I had to remind then abut 50 times to put on their masks. On the TMT website they list an impressive list of protocols, none of which were followed. 4. I was charged a 15% premium (above quoted price) by owner Michael as they were going to need to do 2 trips in a small van as they had no larger van available at my requested move time. Large van become available which they used for the move, yet the kept the 15% premium. 5. Moving team were extremely sour and showed no experience/care in moving our possessions. Office staff were however professional and polite. Will never use them again. Their service is clearly not consistent and varies from team to team.
