Great service and delivery

Scope was to move contents of our home into storage. Online booking was outstanding. Had noticed an earlier review mentioning the complexity of the online system... Let me be clear we had zero issues with the system.

Also mid booking we had to amend our initial quoted amount of items to a lesser amount, which I will add had already been paid to the company. The personal email comms were succinct and upon completion of the job, we were provided with a refund for the balance of items that did not need to be moved.

Great personalized service, the online system is a big plus.. just take the time to go through the list that is populated on the drop down / search menu.

The staff and truck were of a high standard and price and the forma were extremely polite and helpful at both the loading point and unload at storage area.

All in all a great experience.
