Fantastic end-to-end experience!

The experience from contacting bookings to the final move has been absolutely stellar. Yolanda was extremely helpful in answering my questions when I phoned initially, and the experience on the website she directed me to was sleek, intuitive and easy to use. Once I got my quotation, I had an issue with some finer points of the move. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the kind lady who called me back (within 20 minutes of me clicking on contact me), but she was friendly and efficient, understanding our specific requirements and amending the quote as required. Hanief and his loading crew were an absolute pleasure to work with, they arrived slightly early, were professional and efficient, did not hesitate to jump on and help wherever it was required.
