Effortless once it got going .....
Effortless move. Guys were great once the move got going - well organized, friendly and respectful of my belongings. Very efficient and well executed. Like clockwork really. The only negative would be that I did get the impression that they look for ways to pounce on any extra charge opportunities. Everything was scrutinized and triple checked before loading, and despite the fact that I actually had far less (11 boxes less) then what was on the inventory, it felt like they were looking for an opportunity to charge me for something extra.

04 Nov 2019, 10:56Thanks for the feedback. For any change to the agreed upon details, including extras, we do charge on the day. However, it sounds like you felt that the way in which the move manager communicated this was predatory and we will work to improve his communication/service skills to avoid this in future.
