Don't use if you need any deal of flexibility
Came highly recommended and then unforeseen circumstances meant my item was not ready for collection so hand to cancel the move the night before. Should've read the fine print that if you book online you can't cancel your move within 7 days. Unfortunately moving is a stressful affair with lots of elements outside of your control... So I lost out on R590 for absolutely nothing. Would've been happy to pay a fair cancellation fee for costs incurred. If you require a flexible service, then rather stick to the small independent guys. I used a great Zimbabwean guy who gave amazing service.
