Bad Service

Each time we make a booking with Two Men and a Truck they offer a time, you accept the time, confirm it with them and start to make arrangements for the move. They then call you to apologise for double booking and tell you they can't accommodate you when they orginally said they could, but can offer you a time that is days away from when you requested.

They have done this to me on two different occassions and their excuses and apologies were exactly the same it seems like they were scripted.

There is no way on earth that I would even bother trying their service as they can't even make a booking honestly.

Hi

Thank you for taking the time to detail this negative experience for us. We are investigating what happened and will get back to with a full explanation shortly.

In the interim we apologise for this poor performance on our part.

We have looked into it and understand what went wrong. We emailed you that we had a slot available and that we needed to discuss specifics of your move request on the phone. We couldn't get hold of you and assumed you no longer needed our services (customers often do this). We then gave the booking to another customer. Then we saw your email in which you said great and that we should call you the following day. We note that our email about the available slot didn't make it clear that we need to discuss your request on the phone before we can book you in. We can see how the tone of the email seems to be a confirmed booking. This was an error on our part. We apologise for this and see our communication needs to be clearer. We intend to learn from this and appreciate your feedback.
