Social Media Company Disaster

I employed Two Media to handle our social media & marketing. I had had a stroke but was a few months into launching my new business and needed their help. They initially quoted R15 000 a month which sounded ******ionate for an emerging one-man business. We settled on R9 500. I had been told (boastfully and loud) about all the awards the husband had won, about all the accounts they held, and look at us! We have Ford!! So, based on the ridiculous fee and all the awards, I would say it is fair to expect some results in a year. Instead, my year was filled with them shouting at me, them blaming me for their incompetence (Poor designs & Incorrect marketing* , Website inadequacies etc), abusing me for not responding to them on time, non-stop excuses, blaming my old website on sales not happening, charging me a further R9 500 to build a new website. The list goes on. NOT ONE SALE. 1 year later I left them. I was SO abused and had had enough of their arrogance! I employed a young lady for R3000 a month to handle our social media, website development, and marketing. Within 2 months we had sales. Within 2 months she picked up on some very bad coding in the website and said it was something they should have picked up on and dealt with. Our relationship is easy, enjoyable and even fun. What a pleasure to deal with a decent company.
