Expect a shocking bill

Wish I'd read the reviews here before using this service. Had a very similar experience to others here. Requested a call out; specifically asked how much it would be and got a vague 'R195 + cost of work done, time spent, and parts being used.' Work done was forcing open a gate with a jammed lock then removing the lock. Time spent was about 20 mins. No parts were used. Total bill: R1,690. Managed to get it down to R1,490. Still crazy.
