Twizza doesn't know who there employees are!

So I was retrenched in June and now recently I've tried to apply for normal uif but then on my declaration it says that I'm currently employed by twizza firstly I have never in my entire life worked for this company secondly where did they get my information from, this is ***** and because of this company I cannot apply for my uif how unfair is this, because of this company not knowing who there employees are I have to suffer its so unfair
