Twitter staff discriminate and even override management decisions, to keep harassing opponents

Hello, Your account was suspended due to violations of the Twitter Rules prohibiting spam. On review of your appeal, we have decided to unsuspend your account." However, this has STILL not been done. A staff member at Twitter is blocking this. Please refer this to the manager at Support to avoid legal action. I will amend my behavior as required but this prolonged suspension against your own decision, without explanation/warning/evidence is unfair. Check your records, there was no prior suspension, just an apology from Twitter. Regards JMC
