Twitter censors and discriminates against Africans during verification yet refuse to provide an alternative to robocall outside the USA

I have been getting this message for a week now when I try to view my profile: "Verify your phone number Please confirm the phone number associated with your Twitter account: +*******8749 We will call you with a verification code. Call fees may apply. Sorry, the request failed. Please try again later." My phone number usually works but anything can go wrong with an automated call. Despite 5 complaints, Twitter only says "We'll come back to you" but no alternative is provided, like the text message used in the past. Also, I should've been verified by now after being a Twitter member for more than a decade with thousands of followers. Are Africans with certain views not ok in California? I have never been suspended in a decade. If this is a suspension, you are too dishonest to tell me, instead the sabotaged robocall. So, Twitter is owned by ****** Californians pretending to be cool like their *******-In-Chief-Joe. So What's New. My account has now lapsed because Twitter failed to react to my request to do their robocall properly for two months.
