No access to my account

Ash so disappointed on Twitter my account it's been blocked without no reason I don't understand why I even ask myself why I've been using this account since 2019 from till December last year it well I was upgrading my phone when I tried to login to my Twitter does not want to open as like I forgot the password I try to restart a password I put my username account appear even my cell phone number today but I'm not receiving the verification code I tried so many times but it's not working so I'm not receiving a verification code also I don't know why it seems like they block my number so I'm so disappointed I have lot of things that I'm dealing with in that account now I lost it for no reason I'm so f******
