Twisted Whiskers is a dishonest business and I would recommend that you avoid doing business with them. We always make sure to get any agreement in writing and we have the agreed quote in e-mails confirmed by them to wash and groom our 2 cats. We paid the invoice in full and when our cats were returned they were completely shaven (in winter), which we never agreed to, we agreed they could cut or shave any knots. They charged us extra and never quoted on this as we would have requested it to be sent via mail. They subsequently **** to us and continue to lie. They have been harassing us continuously, through cred intel, who I have contacted over 10 times requesting proof from their client that an additional amount is owing, which they are unable to produce.

Please avoid Twisted Whiskers, they have a terrible reputation and we can confirm they are an ********* business.
