i witnessed the most cruel treatment to a scotty dog being groomed on Friday afternoon. the owner must surely have received the dog back totally traumatised. 2 groomers were responsible, while the poor animal yelped and squirmed trying to get free from the pain, forcefully restricted the dog while the other relentlessly continued brushing knots out of his hair !! i knocked on the window to let them know i was watching but it made no difference at all & they continued ... i could not even sleep the night after witnessing this. surely there are safety methods to work through the knots without inflicting such pain onto a defenseless animal? Shocking ! i will never take any of my animals to this spa
