Your service at the Hobart Grove Centre is disgraceful. After explaining to your Pet Spa manager "the blond one with **** pink nails" that I had a very busy day as well as family commitments to attend to, she assured me my cat would be ready at !:30pm. My pet was not ready at that time and was only given to me at 2:30pm, this after having her manage and service other customers. She then explained to me that I had to wait for those said customers as well before having my pet returned to me. Your Management is ***********, rude, disrespectful of customers time and commitments and disgrace to any reputable business. When reporting this on Google, the Owner, accused me of lying about pickup times and calling me a bully. They remove any posts that are providing constructive feedback on FB. I would not recommend this for your pet, it is a drawn out process dealing with *********** staff that lie to cover up their lack of customer service
