Handed over to collection agency when not owing a cent!

We have received communication from a debt collection agency for an amount allegedly outstanding from 2017!

It is ridiculous and absurd because we always paid cash for all of our treatments.

After our 6 dogs contracted ring worm from dirty shears used at your facility on their last treatment - which amounted in thousands of rands in vet bills. We contacted your offices telephonically to notify you of this and to cancel all future appointments.

We have since not heard anything from your establishment - not even from management to apologize. And now due to you *********** administration 2 years later we are being harassed.

It is truly pitiful that your administration department has failed you so blatantly that you now find yourselves trying to grasp at straws to bring in any sort of income and attempting to tarnish the reputations of your once loyal clients.

We do NOT accept any amount owed to yourselves and if further harassment from you or your debt collector continues we will have no option but to pursue legal action against you.
