Beware !!

TWISTED WHISKERS PET DELI AND SPA - You have a serious problem with your bookkeeping system. I stopped using your parlour because on two occasions you sent me accounts for amounts you claimed were outstanding when I had in fact paid by credit card at the time of collecting my dog. Today three years later I receive a message from a debt collector demanding immediate payment. On enquiry I was told this was for a cancelled appointment in 2015.!!!!!!! I was then told by a lady named Shelley that she would ask the owner "a vet" to contact me immediately. Instead I was contacted by the debt collector to say I should ignore the sms.I requested that this was to be put in writing and gave my email address. Instead of sending me a email to confirm what she had stated I received a second demand for payment.
