Worst service I've never seen is such big store

Bought electrical sockets which were not good conductor of electricity then I decided to return them and ask them to give me something of better quality they refused instead said I open them . I ask how I'm gonna know without opening them they said it was my problem since I open them cause no one is gonna buy them and they said they going to test them I said you could have tested them before you sell them to me . I just left everything on the counter the sales guys are ****** . Pretoria North Twist.
