WORST PRODUCT AND SERVICE EVER!!!

The sales guy at the East Rand Mall Twisp stand sold us the top of the range product, after making it clear that we are light smokers and just needed this to help us get over the last stretch. When we tested the other 2 products we ended up with oil in our mouths and was told that the product we purchased will never cause that. Needless to say we had the same problem only a few hours later and took it back the next day. The manager said that she knew the rep was selling the wrong product to us as that specific one is for heavy smokers but didn't want to interfere. This device was missing an o-ring and she replaced it for us with a new one saying that she will check with management if we can swop with the medium size - we even offered to lose out on the price difference. We were told after asking numerous times on the day of the purchase if we'll be able to swop this if we want and was assured that we can. Now it's a \hygiene"issue but they swopped it once already and only hours later we had oil again. After numerous calls and promises we are still waiting for feedback and stuck with a broken product. Sure it's extremely hygienic and healthy to swallow oil all the time?!?!?"""
