Where is my refund?

<p>I returned my Ion device to Northgate store 11 Feb. Was told refund would reflect 17 Feb. No refund as yet. Had to wait a month for the refund on the Edge X when I returned that device as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>Both devices returned as just not good quality at all, both times clearly need to fight for my refund after the user fee is deducted.</p> <p> </p> <p>Twisp, you are really getting on my nerves. Tried to call but your line is not connecting.</p> <p> </p> <p>FIX IT.</p>
