What a waste

<p>Bought a silvet twisp edge and a extra battery.The kit was R799 and the battery R399.A total of 5 liquids.That gives you a total of over R2000.Now if you pay that amount of money for a e-cig.You would like to have a pleasurable smoking experience.Seeing that it is "top quality".I am sorry to say that it was a big mistake to buy it.I wanted to stop smoking,but i keep on tasting a very bad taste in my mouth.Even if I change the coil and let it soak.I went to the kiosk.They tried to fix the problem,but I still taste the plastic burnt taste.Emailed customer support,but after almost 1week,actually over a week.no reply.Disgusted to say the less.I would like to request a solution for this problem.I am not leaving this matter unattended any longer.I want my money back,or a new device.PATHETIC.Not the branch.It is the product!</p>
