Waste of MONEY - not cost Effective

I have a Complaint, I hope I'm going to get a positive response, as I sent the below to Twisp Support<br> I bought my Twisp on 9 January 2016 - at KC kiosk from Aaqib.I had given him info on how much I smoke per day +-10 cigarettes a day.<br> Being new to the product,I was supposed to be informed on what product would suite me best of which I entrusted that job to your sales person,he recommended the TWISP EDGE of which I had many hassles from day 1 as I always mailed Support & they would assist, but I took it to N1 where lots of cleaning and blowing was involved,<br> My reason for the purchase of the TWISP was to SAVE money & STOP SMOKING, but this has been nothing of the sort.On the contrary I have been spending more money on this product by using 4 bottles of Liquid for the month = R639.96 opposing to my R500.00 I would have had to spend on Cigarettes.<br> I just feel that I was a target of a POOR sales pitch,because the TWISP EDGE was on special, which I learnt over the Weekend 20/02/2016 at N1 City branch.<br> Also the TWISP AERO would have been more suitable to my needs, so what do I do now with this EDGE that is \milking me Dry\" literally . I feel *****ed as I WASTED my MONEY."
