Waste of money! Disgusting

<p>I've been loyal to this company since they opened and yet they give me such poor after market service. Their devices are more expensive than their USA imported counter parts and the same goes for their liquid refills and parts. Nonetheless, I've spent more than R20 000 since I tried this 'alternative' (which in fact is just another addiction and they claimed it will help me quit nicotine, blah blah blah). They give you a 6 month manfacture warranty and I can almost be certain that they set their devices to fail just as the warranty expires. The devices are leaking, burning coils and leave a burning sensation in your mouth and this was within the first couple of days of purchasing a new device. I've encountered numurous difficulty with the staff at the kiosk not even to speak of the customer service centres rudeness. My clothes, car seats, bedding etc etc is stained with Twisp liquids due to faulty devices. I wright this review based on factory mulfunctions on all the devices I purchased from them and are not talking about cases where I'm in the wrong. All I can say is stay away from Twisp!!!!!!</p>
