I bought a twisp vega mini on the 23/09/2017 as per the sales consultants recommendation. I was advised that the product is durable and will last a very long time. On the 25/09/2017 the product was left on the table and with the slip of my hand it fell on its side on the table cracking the glass tank. I called in the get a new tank and was advised that it would cost me R400.00. 27/09/2017 I went to the twisp store in Gateway Durban and the same sales consultant advised me to upgrade the tank and said that the Nimbus tank is better and it will give me more vapor so on his recommendation I purchased the Nimbus tank at a cost of R600. Guess what worst mistake listening to the sales person's recommendation as soon as I came home and put the tank on, on my first puff the battery dropped from full to half, I continued using it and within 15 minutes battery was fully dead, the vapor coming out is half of what he told me it will be, also the battery pack is getting very hot and I fear it might explode. I called him and advised him of what the issue was he told me to put the battery back on charge and it will all be fine. Clearly the Nimbus tank is not compatible with the vega mini battery pack and the sales person is now making excuses and I must bring the pack in for a upgrade, unfortunately I do not want to upgrade the pack I WANT them to sort this out and replace the tank with the proper recommended part for the vega mini and not lie. Guys please anybody buying twisp you are making a mistake. Twisp is only out to make a quick buck and have trained their employees to lie and deceive people, now that I am thinking about the lies that that the sales person told me what happens to the warranty on the product.
