Very unhappy

Second complaint with regard to the twisp solo, within a week of each other atomizer head and battery needed to be replaced because it was faulty, now the inner rubber seal in the tank completely split, leaving the seal in two separate pieces, one that was stuck in the tank which the shop assistant kindly removed, enquired about new seal, told me it will be there within a few days over a week has gone by no word from twisp although I've left my name and number and have been there on two separate occasions, absolutely unhappy, pathetic product, spent almost R1200 from getting the unit to buying fluids and replacement coils and it only lasting a month, I enquired about paying a difference to a better unit, idea was completely shot down by the assistant , as he claims it's pasts the 7 day window time frame. So now I'm sitting with a product that I've paid over a thousand Rand for in no use what so ever due to the poor quality of workmanship on this item. <br> I will never recommend twisp to another soul on this planet.
