Very bad communication and no stock for months

I have been a loyal user of Twisp products for the last 8 years and the biggest issue I have had is the lack of clear communication from the company.

The latest issue is the Orange by Twisp products (specifically bubble tea). For the last 7 months I have been asking monthly when new stock is going to be received and each avenue I try has a different answer. Different kiosks have said it was either a packaging issue and stock should be received at the end of the month, or I have been told that it is being discontinued, no-one can give me a proper answer. The result is that I have to spend a lot of my time trying to get your kiosks to get the liquid for me from stores that still have stock.

I have no interest in your Vuse pods, they are expensive (R100 for 2 pods is crazy) and I would use a pod in a day. The only product I currently like is the Orange by Twisp, if this is no longer being produced then I am afraid you have lost a client and I will be moving to another brand.

Maybe spend some of the money you are spending on your Vuse advertising and spend it on proper product communication.
